Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the fragile, handcrafted nature of our products, most items—such as crystalline glaze ceramics, bone china tableware, and glassware—cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please record an unboxing video when receiving your package and contact us at support@jetaimeresolute.com within 48 hours. Verified damages will be replaced with the same series at no cost. Patterns or hues may vary due to the handmade process.
Are non-fragile items returnable for personal reasons?
For eligible items such as stainless steel cutlery, returns for non-damaged, unused items are accepted within 7 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, and free shipping is provided for most destinations.
How long will my order take to arrive?
North America: 5–14 business days
Europe: 5–14 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 6–14 business days
Asia: 5–14 business days
Latin America & other regions: 10–20 business days
Express shipping (3–8 business days) is available for selected products and countries.
How can I track my order?

Are there any specifications or product details I should know before ordering?
Product specifications for some items (size, capacity, material) are shown in the images. Please review them carefully. For one-of-a-kind items like crystalline glaze pieces, slight variations in pattern or hue are normal and part of their handcrafted uniqueness.
Are there any usage precautions
Yes. All fragile items should be handled carefully to prevent cracks, chips, or scratches. Avoid rapid temperature changes, harsh chemicals, or prolonged soaking.

Yes, we offer custom order services. You can submit your requirements on the "Custom Order" page of our website. Our team will contact you to confirm the details and provide a quote.
