Artisanal Disclaimer & Quality Standards
Please be advised that our products are created through traditional hand-blown, heat-carving, and handcrafted processes. As a result, minor variations in pattern, hue, and texture are natural and expected.
Features such as fine water lines, microscopic bubbles, slight color differences, or natural mineral specks are characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects or damage.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the unique, artisanal nature of each piece.
14-Day Returns (Non-Quality Related)
All items in our store are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and unwashed

In original condition

In original packaging

No scratches, stains, or alterations

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Items damaged due to improper handling or use are not eligible

Returned items must be carefully and securely packaged. We cannot issue refunds for products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items (Shipping Damage)
We take great care in packaging to ensure safe delivery.
If your item arrives damaged:

Please record a full unboxing video

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide video evidence showing the unopened package and the damage
Once verified, we will provide:

A free replacement from the same series

Shipping cost fully covered by us

Replacement arranged within 2–3 business days

② Crystalline glaze or artisanal patterns cannot be guaranteed identical
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return within 14 days without justification, provided items remain unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs still apply unless required otherwise by local law.
Return / Exchange Process
