Crystalline glaze tableware is handcrafted using complex techniques and is considered a fragile item. Therefore, once sold, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
While we take great care in packaging to ensure safe delivery, unforeseen factors during shipping may still lead to damage. We kindly ask you to record an unboxing video upon receiving your package. If any damage is found, please contact us promptly. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement of the same series within 2–3 business days.
