Maintenance
Do not leave residual wine inside.
Rinse promptly after use with warm water and a soft sponge — avoid detergents.
If fogging occurs, add coarse salt and a small amount of alcohol, swirl gently, and rinse several times.
For deep drying, insert absorbent kitchen paper for several hours to remove remaining moisture.

Damaged items: If your glassware arrives damaged, please provide an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. A free replacement from the same series will be arranged.
