How Personalization Works
1. Choose an eligible crystal glass from this collection.
2. Select Personalized Engraving (+$20) before adding the item to your cart.
3. Enter your engraving text in the Order Note at checkout.

Please enter the text exactly as you would like it to appear on the glass, including all capitalization, punctuation, spacing, and date formatting.
4. Carefully review all names, initials, dates, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, spacing, and formatting before placing your order.
We engrave exactly as submitted and do not automatically correct, edit, or reformat personalization details.
5. Personalized orders require approximately 5 business days for engraving and production before shipment. This additional production time is separate from the estimated shipping time shown at checkout.

Only selected crystal glasses marked with the Personalized Engraving option are eligible for customization.
What can I engrave?
You may engrave:
- A name
- Initials
- A meaningful date
How do I submit my engraving request?
Select Personalized Engraving (+$20) on the product page, then enter your engraving text in the Order Note during checkout.
How long does personalization take?
Personalized orders require approximately 5 business days for engraving and production before shipment.
This additional production time is separate from the estimated shipping time shown at checkout.
Can I change my engraving after placing my order?
You may contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once engraving has begun, personalization details cannot be changed, and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Because each engraved piece is made specifically for you, personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for non-quality-related reasons.
What if my engraving is incorrect?
If the engraving error was made by Je t'aime Resolute, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a full unboxing video.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Will my engraving look exactly like the product photos?
The engraving style will remain consistent, but slight variations in placement may occur depending on the shape and design of each handcrafted crystal glass.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Will engraving affect the craftsmanship or quality of the crystal?
Engraving is carefully applied after the handcrafted crystal glass has been completed, preserving the beauty, clarity, and balance of the original design.
Do personalized orders include a gift box?
Every personalized crystal glass is presented in our signature wooden gift box, making it suitable for both personal collections and gifting.
