Crystalline glaze tableware is handcrafted using complex techniques and is considered a fragile item. Therefore, once sold, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If any damage is found, please contact us promptly. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement of the same series within 2–3 business days.
